Calex is pleased to announce a new vacancy within its apprentice team for a Recruitment Co-ordinator.

The Recruitment Co-ordinator will work as a part of the _Calex UK Recruitment Team_ and will play a key role in the delivery of quality driven apprentice recruitment service for a number of large automotive manufacturers, including Peugeot, Vauxhall,and Volvo.

**Hours**: Monday-Friday, Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available.

**Salary**: Up to £21k per annum depending on experience.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Advertise vacancies in a timely and professional manner, utilising a variety of job sites
- Schedule and attend interviews as required
- Support the Recruitment Supervisor in maintaining the vacancy tracking and reporting suite
- Build and maintain professional relationships with all employers
- Meet recruitment targets set by the Recruitment Supervisor (including vacancy identification and enrolment KPIs)
- Recruiting for any other vacancies as required by the Recruitment Supervisor (this could include non-apprentice and non-automotive roles)
- Promote and encourage feedback from recipients of the recruitment service and help drive continuous improvement
- Support the Recruitment Supervisor in their responsibilities and provide cover for as required
- General administrative and welfare responsibilities as required

**Location**

The main working location will be Calex UK, Abingdon Business Park, OX14 3YS + some home working.

There may be an occasional requirement to work from other locations across the UK, including at recruitment shows, at dealerships, and manufacturer training centres.
