**Bar Staff** **Royal Hotel (Pub)** **30 Hours / Week** We are looking for Bar Staff for the Royal Hotel's Pub. Reporting directly to the hotel's management team, you will be tasked with service of beverages to guests in the Royal Hotel Pub. **Duties**: - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. - Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices - Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as required - Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the customer experience - Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service **What you’ll need**: - Must be **18 years old** or older due to licensing - Previous bartending experience essential - Excellent communications skills - Positive and "can do" attitude - Professionally presented **What we’ll offer you?** - 4-Weekly Tips - Discount across all 9 RAD Hotel Group venues - Uniform provided - Birthday Incentive - Length of Service Incentive **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Pay: Up to £11.59 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Additional pay: - Tips **Benefits**: - Company pension - Discounted or free food - Employee discount Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability **Experience**: - Bartending: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
