This new role comes with autonomy and commercial responsibility so you're ability to define the direction of digital marketing is key. The department is a busy function that is pivotal to the company's ambitious growth targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Return on Investment across digital marketing channels and execute the UK Digital activity in line with the Sales & Marketing strategy across Retail and Direct 2 Consumer channels.
- Focussing on improving the consumer experience and optimising conversion paths
- Manage website content, amending in line with product launches, campaign activity and product/category updates
- Work with key agencies to manage the creation, delivery and analysis of best-in-class campaigns that exceed business KPIs
- Work collaboratively with the retail sales team and key retailer partner digital teams to execute marketing campaigns
- Work collaboratively with key UK and EMEA stakeholders, devise and recommend strategies to drive online traffic
- Manage the communication of content and digital assets to ensure brand messaging is up to date and delivered consistently across all channels
Skills Required:
- Relevant degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative
- Eager to drive and continuously improve digital performance
- Creative thinker with a test and learn mentality (will be given the autonomy to implement ideas)
- Highly organised, with the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines
- Good presentation skills
- Strong analytical acumen
- A strong working knowledge of relevant software packages used in the office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) as well as analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adwords) and content management systems
- A strong determination to achieve & drive commercial opportunities into the business
- Ability to travel, both within the UK and occasionally internationally
