**Links Automotive** have recently expanded and we are delighted to be able to offer the role of an experienced **Automotive Service Advisor** to join the team. **What your daily duties will involve**:

- Ensuring every customer feels valued from the moment they arrive by offering a friendly and professional welcome. You will see them in, and see them away.
- Managing bookings and keeping everything organised.
- Building estimates
- Outbound communications with customers
- Answering calls, invoicing, taking payments.
- Liaising closely with our workshop to ensure jobs run smoothly.
- Keeping customers updated and explaining any required work clearly and confidently - no hard selling, but you will need to make honest recommendations when calling for authorisations from our customers.
- Having those difficult conversations when needed and helping customers understand their options.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Someone with an absolute minimum of 12 previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor role. *Due to the busy nature of the role, this is a non-negotiable*.
- It’s essential to have confidence with communication with both our customers, and our technicians.
- Someone who is exceptionally organised and great at multitasking - it can get busy, and we need someone who thrives on that.
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and can handle tough conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Someone who can build a good rapport in a short space of time - this is SO important in the whole process
- Flexibility - this is what teamwork is all about
- A true team player who values a supportive, friendly working environment and gives this equally in return. This is non-negotiable.

**What we’re offering in Return**:

- Salary of £33,000 - £37,000 (No unreachable OTE’s here - we believe in paying a good fair salary all year round)
- 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (we always try to finish earlier if we can)
- No weekends
- Christmas off
- 31 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
