SuperBike Factory is **Europe’s largest used motorcycle retailer**, with over 3,000 bikes in stock and six UK locations. Since launching in 2010, we’ve grown rapidly—employing over 300 bike enthusiasts and continuing to expand. At our Macclesfield site, you’ll be part of a friendly, supportive service team helping riders get back on the road quickly and confidently.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** Customer Interaction**: Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and guide them through the service journey.
- ** Service Coordination**: Manage booking schedules, liaise with technicians, and ensure a smooth handover from service desk to workshop.
- ** Parts & Stock**: Advise on parts availability, manage stock levels, and ensure items are ordered in a timely manner.
- ** Sales Support**: Recommend additional services, accessories, or upgrades based on customer needs.
- ** Admin & Records**: Handle customer paperwork, process payments, and keep systems up to date with accurate service and stock records.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Essential**:

- Previous experience in a **Parts or Service Advisor role**, ideally in automotive or motorcycle retail
- Familiar with workshop operations, parts ordering, and booking systems
- Great communication skills and a friendly, customer-first approach

**Desirable**:

- Passion for motorcycles or experience in the motorcycle industry
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
