**Parts Advisor - Mercedes-Benz of Macclesfield**
**The Role**
A new and exciting opportunity has become available at Mercedes-Benz of Macclesfield for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their existing team of professionals.
As a Parts Advisor you will be an integral member of the aftersales team. You will be responsible for supporting with the day to day running of the parts department. Daily duties will include receiving parts into stock, booking of parts to workshop jobs, maintaining stock levels and dealing with retail customers. Knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists would be an advantage, but they will be the first things you will be trained in. You will ensure the companies pricing structures are kept up-to-date, and that stock control is always secure and well maintained. You will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service.

**About you**
- Proven experience in a technical environment
- Parts and service experience within a franchised motor trade environment.
- IT literate.
- Full and clean driving licence.
- Enthusiasm to deliver the Mercedes-Benz experience and continuously improve product knowledge of self and others.
Desire to achieve the highest standard of personalised customer care commensurate with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
**On Offer**
Basic salary of £21,060 plus bonus opportunities taking the salary up to £28,000 per annum for a 45-hour week which is over two shift patterns 0800-1700 or 0900- 1800 working every other Saturday.
