Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Area Manager for a big box retailer to cover c.12 stores across the Stoke on Trent area.

Our client is one on retails biggest success story of recent years, a high profile retailer with a big reputation for being customer-focused. Still expanding, the company values entrepreneurial thinkers able to bring the fresh ways of working that can takethe business further.

As a result, you'll have lots of autonomy over the way you run your area. The nature of the business means your job will be varied. You'll be responsible for the results your area achieves, and you'll be responsible for coaching and developing the team ofstore managers around you to ensure they can deliver not just impressive figures, but strong brand standards and customer service too.

In a high profile Area, this is an exciting opportunity to have a big impact on the company, and your career.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include the following:

- Motivate, inspire and drive your teams to deliver results
- Elevate current sales performance across the area
- Training, coaching and developing your team of Store Managers
- Analyse the business for operational improvements
- Drive sales on a consistent basis

Skills and qualifications

Previous experience as an Area Manager or equivalent level in a retail environment.
