**Chipotle Mexican Grill Europe** has an exciting opportunity for a **Finance & Reporting Analyst** to join its growing European Finance team (UK, France, and Germany). You will partner with the Finance and Commercial functions to build the future aspirations and strategic imperatives of Chipotle Europe but alsowork closely with operators.

The Finance & Reporting Analyst for Europe contributes to the execution of the European business strategy by supporting the key stakeholders with financial data and analysis. They are responsible for providing meaningful and actionable insight at the restaurantlevel and directly to the Field Leaders they support. The Finance & Reporting Analyst plays a pivotal role in the areas of financial reporting, P&L management and commercial report generation while assisting with insights for operational teams.

The opportunity is based in London. The role reports directly to the European Commercial Finance Manager.

You must be fluent in English (bilingual French is a plus).

**Responsibilities**

Financial & Commercial Reporting (33%)
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting required by Senior Executive team, giving key insights to monitor and drive business performance
- Prepare monthly presentations on restaurant performance, giving insights into PnL and guiding restaurant operations
- Preparation of restaurant performance scorecard, covering financial targets as well as quantitative metrics across labour productivity, labour turnover, customer experience and food safety
- Participate in the development of the European Reporting function, implementing and/or updating reports, functionalities and KPIs

FP&A (33%)
- Contribute to business planning process, assisting with financial forecasts for coming years
- Assist with analysis of weekly/monthly trends in sales, transactions, average order values, throughput and menu mix
- Provide department specific data and analysis to Supply Chain, Marketing, HR and Operations to assist in decision making

Technical Accounting (33%)
- Partner the US accounting function, guiding US teams through European specificities, and ensuring effective and accurate management of European P&Ls
- Technical accounting assistance to support month close process
- Carry out reconciliations and provide support for US accounts payables teams. Ensure timely payments and build strong relationships with European suppliers
- Provide financial support and education to the wider European Support team

**Required Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar function at a top-tier branded restaurant/FMCG environment
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills: background in reporting and accounting is a must
- Proficiency in building and handling excel models and complicated data sets
- Extensive familiarity with the preparation of analyses and presentation materials
- Sound business judgment and ability to communicate and present clearly
- Proactive and self-motivated to solve problems, comfortable with a degree of responsibility and talent for forging collaborative relationships across multiple disciplines
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented; Adaptable and ready to roll with change
