**Client Details**

I'm working with my client, in recruiting for a Accounts Assistant to join the Accountancy team in their Crawley offices

**Description**
- To build and maintain good customer relations with all customers and suppliers.
- To maintain a sales ledger of 400+ accounts
- To reduce debtor days and minimise all aged debt
- Sending out statements and credit notes
- Responsible for entering of internal invoices/credits and approving/querying purchase invoices
- Process replies to rejections and chase any outstanding queries
- Maintaining of cashbooks and month end bank reconciliations

**Profile**
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Good keyboard skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Maybe working towards an accountancy qualification
- Numerate, accurate and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as a good team player

**Job Offer**
