**This position is open to staff working at the Trust in the ‘ECT Family’ this includes current East Cheshire NHS Trust employees, bank staff, ISS staff and volunteers at the Trust.** Recent investment in the development of Urgent Crisis Response and Specialty Wards for frailty and patients with respiratory illness has created the opportunity for an experienced nurse to undertake the role of Clinical Manager for a fixed term period of 4 months in advance of a substantive recruitment to the post. Key elements of the role include; > Clinical Triage >Co-ordination of patient care >Line management of the central team >Ongoing development of both services The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, appropriate clinical experience and the ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service and in return can expect support for the development into the role.
