Job Title: Video Content Editor and Creator

Location: Based Barnsley Town Centre

Position Type: Part-Time (1 day per week)

Are you passionate about video content creation and editing? Do you have a knack for storytelling and a keen eye for detail? Join our dynamic property development and investment company as a Video Content Editor and Creator

**Responsibilities**:

- . Create engaging and compelling video content for our YouTube channel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts.
- Film and edit high-quality videos showcasing our property developments, investment projects, and company culture.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for maximum engagement and audience reach.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video production to continuously improve content quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of storytelling techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for real estate and property development is a plus.

Our office is conveniently located in Barnsley Town Centre, providing easy access to transportation and amenities.
