We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an Administrator / Sales / Content Creator in the hospitality industry. This unique position combines administrative support, sales initiatives, and creative content creation to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement for our venue stylist business.
As a key player in our organisation, you will handle various administrative tasks that are essential to keeping our operations running smoothly while also contributing to our sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. In addition, you will utilise your creative skills to develop compelling content that showcases our services and engages our audience across multiple platforms, wedding fayres and showcases.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for hospitality. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction while also playing an important role in promoting our services through innovative marketing strategies. Your ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities will be crucial as you take on varied responsibilities that contribute to our success and growth in this exciting industry, along side venue styling when required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Create engaging and informative content for our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure excellent customer service and streamlined processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and market analysis for review by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Opportunities to set up weddings and get involved in the venue stylist side of the business
**Requirements**:
- Must have a full uk driving license and vehicle
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong sales acumen and track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for content creation and customer interactions.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and can speak to clients to sell our services
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional customer experiences.
**Overall Responsibilities**
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality written content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
- Optimise content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Manage and update content on our content management systems to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Engage with audiences through social media channels, responding to comments and fostering community interaction.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate findings into content creation.
- Utilise photography skills to enhance written content with relevant images where necessary.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for online content.
- Experience in social media marketing and management to effectively promote content across various channels.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create visually appealing content through photography or graphic design skills is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
