That’s why we’re looking for a very special person to join our busy and friendly fundraising team to recruit and look after the wonderful people and organisations whose steady contributions help us provide our renowned, compassionate end of life care.

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual who has the empathy and confidence to communicate sensitively and appropriately with our existing and potential supporters. Would you like to build on your skills in the charity sector?

Could you clearly explain, on the phone or in person, the options available and how they boost our charity, whether you’re talking to a recently bereaved husband or wife who wants to give in remembrance, or an employer interested in our Payroll Giving scheme?

Would you relish the chance to give someone the good news that they have won the big prize in our Lottery or seasonal raffle, to drive regular giving products online, or visit businesses in and around Plymouth to secure venues on behalf of our sales team?

If the answer to those questions is yes, this could be the exciting, varied, and worthwhile opportunity you’ve been waiting for. St Luke’s is an independent charity, providing specialist end of life care and support for patients and their families in Plymouth, Southwest Devon, and East Cornwall. We are recruiting a Lottery and Regular Giving Advisor to join us on a part-time, flexible contract under the direction of the Lottery and Regular Giving Lead and Specialist.

This important role involves building loyalty and networks of supporters and clients, working with external organisations in securing venues for our sales team, and supporting retail shops so they can increase regular giving sales.
