What you’ll do:

- Facilitate all required agile ceremonies across two SCRUM teams and while working on continuous process improvements
- Guide & coach the team on SCRUM while increasing productivity and maintaining a high quality
- Promote agile ways of working, including SCRUM, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, eXtreme Programming, SAFe, LeSS, etc
- Organise and lead all SCRUM ceremonies
- Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders on progress, blockers and issues and overall project delivery
- Oversee and manage quality, scope, timelines, and deliverables that support business goals
- Monitor schedule and cost performance
- Identify key KPIs (quality, value, and flow metrics), track and identify areas of improvement
- Prepare and present reports on the progress and success of the sprints

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

- Experienced as a Scrum Master or similar role (either CSM or CSP accepted)
- Experience with agile (possibly gained over 3 years or longer)
- Experience in using Azure DevOps tool and understands SDL
- Experience of the full lifecycle of software development
- Experience of the full lifecycle of software development is essential
- Process orientated, analytical and problem-solving skills & a team player
- Comfortable positively challenging the way things are done and have a focus on constantly improving
- Enjoys enabling change and help teams to work ‘smarter’
- Comfortable quickly analysing and understanding problems whilst helping to provide the ideal conditions for the product team to solve them
- Must have right to work in UK
