Position RES requires a Scrum Master with significant delivery responsibility to provide the Scrum Master role within a business‑critical project for RES Digital Solutions. You would be based in the Kings Langley or Barcelona office three days per week, and reporting to the Head of PMO. Accountabilities You would be running the Agile ceremonies, and managing one or two Scrum teams remotely. You would have a unique opportunity to influence the product roadmap and release strategy, as well as to improve and streamline the process and ways of working. Agile Management Scrum Master – ability to servant lead a Scrum development team and help them achieve and maintain productivity. Use online Agile process management tools to help increase transparency and efficiency of the work done by the Team, and capture key metrics to detail, and help manage the teams performance. Coach the Product Owner in effective product backlog management and facilitate reporting regularly to the management team. Guide and mentor the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices. Manage impediments, eliminate waste and direct the team to foster an environment where they do their best work. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Team Management Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example. Delivery Assurance Liaise with Delivery Assurance (PMO) within RES, in respect of run rate, Scrum team performance, impediments, risks and dependencies impacting the project. Contribute to project status reporting. Skills Excellent team motivator Excellent organization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience Experienced Scrum Master and project / delivery manager in product development Experience in using Azure DevOps, Jira or similar, for work management and analytics Experience working with a fully remote cross‑functional team Experience of working in high value Agile Projects Commercial experience Full SDLC experience Qualifications Scrum Master Certification Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience At RES we celebrate difference as we know it makes our company a great place to work.
