**Job Summary**

The **Customer Success Team** carries an important responsibility in providing engagement and support from customer signature, through implementation & onboarding, and into ongoing support for customers.

On the back of increasing our customer-base, we are looking to grow our Customer Success Team, to continue delivering the engagement and outstanding service customers have come to expect

**Your Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Success function. The **Business Consultant** is considered key to help customers through the sales and onboarding process. You will work closely with Sales and Business Development resources, as well as the engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the customer’s journey runs smoothly from initial interest throughout implementation, then arriving at successful live operation.

As part of this role, you will take ownership of the customer onboarding process - including managing and refining that process as myairops products evolve. You will have the drive to help new and prospective customers through the onboarding process whilst tailoring the experience to the customer; something you will take pride in

You should be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills (across both technical and non-technical scenarios), as well be confident in engaging, training, and coaching end users. To be successful, you must see yourself as _resourceful_, _energetic_, and _enthusiastic_, and strive to go the “extra mile”, especially in performing training and running data migrations.

Throughout, you will be supported by the _Head of Customer Success_, team members in the Customer Success team, as well as myairops Product Owners.

**Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications**

You will need deep experience in the following areas:

- Engaging and communicating with clients through every stage of an onboarding process, offering regular updates against the migration plan
- Analysing data from various sources to identify the best way to migrate data between systems
- Performing data migration tasks into new systems for customers, whilst working closely with other members of the team to ensure data migration accuracy
- Training end users in the operations and functionality of software packages, as part of the onboarding process
- Capturing requirements from end users during the onboarding engagement, to package and document features/requirements into the product backlog (using tools like JIRA/VSTS)
- Using Visio & Word (or similar) to create and update process flows, and process-related documentation

**Location**
The role will be based in the myairops HQ at Farnborough, Hampshire. We offer Hybrid working and are happy to discuss your requirements. The Headquarters are just off junction 4 on the M3 - 35 minutes to London Waterloo from Farnborough Main train and 30 minutes to Reading from Farnborough North train station.
