**Contract type**: 12-month fixed term contract, full time (37.5 hours)

**Location**: Hybrid, London (offices in Southwest London and services across London)

**Salary**: £49,000 - £52,000 per annum

**Reports to**: Transformation Lead

We have an amazing opportunity for a dynamic FTC Business Analyst, to join a successful London based charity supporting vulnerable people. The charity has a bold 3-year forward strategy focusing on transformation efforts.

To deliver this new strategy, they are appointing two business analysts who will work collaboratively across their services. They are at the crucial stage of discovery for their transformation programme which aims to support their adoption of the right processes,capabilities, technologies and approaches.

**What you will do day-to-day**:

- Working with teams and stakeholders across all levels
- Requirements gathering, benchmarking, AS-IS-TO-BE mapping, GAP analysis, defining capabilities, writing scripts and testing/UAT
- Development, planning, delivery, and benefits realisation of complex change programmes
- Supporting and coaching to department heads and managers
- Providing guidance and advice on what is needed (systems, process improvements etc) to improve services
- 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstratable experience of utilising business analyst techniques, approaches and methods to deliver change
- Working collaboratively across an organisation and with stakeholders at all levels
- A deep understanding of how change happens within an organisation
- Highly desirable - Business Analyst experience in Adult Social Care, Healthcare or NHS
- Highly desirable - BCS/ISEB or relevant qualifications
