**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
My name is Jackie I have 24 hour support 7 days a week to support me to live my best lives possible.
My staff team support me on the support at home framework I want staff to support me with dignity and respect. I like female support only and need drivers where possible as I am hoping to get my own mobility car. But I do like walking and travelling on the bus so this isn't essential.

I need staff to like going out walking and will look for activities for me to do to reduce my anxiety.

I live in Billingham I have 2 bedrooms in a bungalow. One for me and one for staff who support me to sleep I have a large front room/dining room bath with shower and kitchen. I have a large back garden which a shed and trampoline and table and chairs so we can sit out in the summer.
**Other information**
I don’t like change and need to know who is coming to support me. I have mental health problems and become anxious I have a PBS in place, I like going out for walks and to have regular activities to keep me happy and reduce my anxiety.
My support hours are 9am till 2300 then 8 hours sleepover then 7am till 9am 7 days a week. I don’t have any pets but have a visiting cat who comes into my home which I like to feed and let have a cuddle.
