We’re seeking an experienced and passionate **Freelance Hardware & Networking / IT / CompTIA Tutor** to deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions on a flexible basis. Join our forward-thinking training organisation and help equip learners with the technical skills needed to succeed in the fast-paced IT industry.
**Role Overview**
You’ll deliver both practical and theoretical sessions covering core IT hardware, networking fundamentals, troubleshooting, operating systems, cybersecurity basics, and relevant CompTIA syllabus content (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+). You’ll support small groups of learners (up to 10 per cohort), helping them develop real-world skills for IT support and networking roles.
As a freelance tutor, you must have all required preparation in place before delivery — including a Scheme of Work, Lesson Plan, and learner activities. **No additional payment is provided for lesson preparation.**
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in IT support, hardware, and networking
- In-depth knowledge of CompTIA A+, Network+, and related content
- Teaching or training experience required
- Teaching degree or relevant qualification required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant degree qualification required
