Combining, for example, decarbonization insight with transformational expertise or assessing circular economy business models in tandem with materials analysis provides our clients with the confidence that they need to commit to a sustainable future. Within RMC, Strategic Sustainability Consulting is a recently launched department for the UK. We work across all Ramboll markets to deliver innovative solutions to the most pressing sustainability problems. Our team of economists, engineers, and management consultants work together to deliver innovative and novel solutions to a wide range of clients across Europe and globally. We provide our clients with access to the entire Ramboll business, one with a global knowledge base of 16,500 colleagues which gives us a sought-after edge in combining engineering and science with management consulting. **Your key tasks and responsibilities will be**: - Collaboration: working with members of the team and clients to deliver a range of projects and managing small projects or teams to deliver client requirements, in line with corporate policies - Analysis: conduct and supervise socio-economic research, baseline data collection, research and interpretation; work with others to develop and communicate economic arguments. - Client engagement: represent the team at client meetings and lead or support the development of client propositions to drive business growth - Reporting & outputs: Writing reports, undertaking and checking calculations - Delivery: working with others on preparation of proposals and work specifications and projects **Key deliverables will be**: - Guiding and supporting team members on bids, proposals, and projects - Publishing at least one thought piece on sustainability advisory - At least one presentation on sustainability advisory - Growing internal and external network **Your starting point for constant growth** From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
