Your primary responsibility as PPM Administrator, is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Maintenance Team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of service.
You should have proven experience of office administration work, preferably in a technical environment, as you will be required to perform a range of administrative duties such as preparing agendas and documentation.
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes particularly Excel Spreadsheets is also essential for this role, as you will be responsible for recording and maintaining accurate and effective information in the Estates databases/IT systems and will assist in producing standard reports and analyses to support the Estates management function.
You will also liaise with outside agencies/external stake holders as required to assist in the co-ordination of access and /or programming of works, which means you must be able to work effectively with others and maintain constructive relationships within the team, across the business and externally.

**Ready to join the team?**
You must have minimum of five GCSE level (or equivalent) including Grade C in English Language and Mathematics, and ECDL (or equivalent) Computer Qualification.
An NVQ in Business Administration would also be desirable but not essential.
**Salary: £21,500 per annum**
