**We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker in Tranent.**

At Common Thread, we provide safe residential care and a therapeutic environment for all our looked after young people.

We’re looking for nurturing people who are passionate and committed to making a difference to the lives of vulnerable young people and have the drive to grow and develop in a professional environment. Demonstrable experience of supporting a team to reach high standards is essential.

Shift patterns which promote healthy psychological and physical recovery. Our model for full time workers being 48 hour shift, three days off, 48 hours shift and four days off. Working 10 days out of 28 day rota. **5 Return journeys in a 4 week period.**

**Qualifications preferable but not essential**
- SVQ 4 Social Services (Children and Young People) SCQF Level 9
- Any practice qualification in the manager category

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,614.40-£31,524.40 per year
