As a **Personal Shopper** you are a key member of our Retail or Private Client Services team. You’ll support and facilitate sales from across our brand partners to our guests both face to face and virtually.

You’ll build up strong relationships with the guests in order to provide the most personal luxury shopping experience possible, enabling you and the team to meet or exceed targets.

**As a Personal Shopper your responsibilities will include**:

- Working towards an individual & group revenue target
- Talking directly with guests face to face or virtually & building your own client book
- Providing the highest level of luxury customer service at all times
- Analysing guest profiles & implementing a strategy to develop sales and retention
- Identifying sales opportunities and maximising sales conversion
- Building relationships with the internal retail team and our external brand partners to develop a complete understanding of services and products available to our guests

- Previous experience as a Personal Shopper or Stylist within a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
- Extensive product knowledge & brand awareness in the Luxury goods, fashion, lifestyle market
- Social media savvy & confident learning new platforms and tools

- You are highly organised and on top of your administration, enabling you to maximise your output and revenue generation
