BardWood Support Services have a new exciting opportunity based in Birmingham Airport. The role is for a PRM (Passenger Restricted Mobility). Your job is to assist people in need at the airport, for example wheeling a customer through the airport and tothe plane to set off on their holidays. You will be part of their experience so excellent customer service is always required. This is an active role so please expect to be on the move.

**Operations**
- You will be required to assist in the moving of passengers through the airport, using wheelchairs, aisle chairs or other suitable means
- Fully and satisfactorily complete all of the tasks and duties on site as defined within the published Safe Systems of Work (SSoW).
- Proactively report all safety concerns and instances vis your supervisor
- To be compliant with industry legislation, ensuring EC1107 is achieved, and failures reported
- Aid passengers with luggage when required

**Requirements**:

- Full 5-year vetting will be completed prior to starting
- Valid right to work documents
- Excellent communication
- Are happy with being active all day
- Ability to cope with a busy airport environment

**Location**: Birmingham Airport - B26 3QJ

**Pay rate**: £9.59 per hour

**Rota**: 12 hour shifts, Full time and part time available

This role does not require any experience as you will have full training before you start. Part time and full-time roles available, we will talk about availability when one of our team calls you once you have applied.
