**What you'll do**:
As our Business Controls & Risk Governance Partner, you’ll work with your stakeholders to identify and manage the upstream operational risks that exist within their business. You’ll be escalating emerging risks, recommending solutions, calling out areas of weakness, and sharing best practice to cultivate a culture of proactive risk management.

Day to day, you’ll be:

- Leading risk governance activities and supporting our leadership teams to implement high standards of risk governance and reporting
- Developing a robust risk governance framework that supports a sustainable control environment certification rating
- Partnering with your stakeholders to prioritise, design and implement operational risk principles into the business
- Liaising with and managing the conversation between the business, internal audit, our second line of defence and our wider risk and controls teams
- Facilitating training to drive awareness of our risk management responsibilities, governance and regulatory requirements, policy framework and conduct risk requirements
