I am working with a fantastic comprehensive secondary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest who are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their ambitious and growing team. This school firmly believes in producing confident and respectful learners who can exceed barriers and seize new opportunities throughout their academic journeys, preparing them for future education or employment.

**The ideal Learning Support Assistant**
- The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have experience working within a similar environment, specifically with SEMH and will be confident with challenging behaviours
- Resilience and adaptability are _**crucial**_alongside the ability to set and maintain boundaries
- The ability to form lasting relationships between staff and students is a must
