We have a very small team of five in our contact centre, so it is important that we get the right person to fit in with the team, could that be you?
This position is full-time, based on 40 hours per week, plus overtime and alternate Saturday mornings.
We offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme for achieving targets which are set monthly.
The role is office based, however, once you have completed your training and probationary period, the job could be performed remotely from home, making this a unique opportunity for the right person
**Who we are looking for**
You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and making outbound calls from and to our customers.
**The main duties of the role**
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Offering products to our customers to make sure that no one has been missed out, with any offerings that we may have at that time.
- Contacting our customers and guiding them through service/repair requirements and new promotions
- Provide a high level of customer service, which will enable you to build relationships with our customers to retain business
- Being organised and self-motivated to ensure targets and Service Capacity requirements are met
**Requirements**:
- Experience in making/handling high call volumes
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to hit targets and support the Service Department
- The ability to prioritise your own workload and to multitask
- Able to work independently and also part of a team
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Ability to use multiple systems at once
- The ability to up-sell aftersales products
Previous experience working within a contact centre, main dealer or motor trade preferred but not essential.
