**Solicitor Advocate - Liverpool**
Are you a Solicitor or Barrister looking to take on an exciting new challenge as the Advocate for one of the UK's leading defendant law firms?
This your opportunity to join an industry leading law firm at an exciting time in their development. The last few years have seen them go from strength to strength and grow in line with business needs.
You'll be a Solicitor (ideally with Higher Rights of Audience) or Barrister with a strong background in Advocacy. You will have detailed experience in Personal Injury (RTA & ELPL), Fraud and ideally Professional Negligence. Undertaking a range of advocacy workduties will include, drafting and advisory work; including but not limited to pleadings, Stage 3 hearings, interlocutory hearings, small claims, fast track trials, sanctions, and recoveries etc. You'll be able to assist more senior members of the Advocacyteam as and when necessary and help and support the junior team members and fee earners across the department.
You'll be a confident Advocate and have a sound background in litigation and have previously dealt with your own matters, be able to work with little to no supervision and pride yourself on delivering the best service to your insurer clients, UK wide. Theremay be the need for travel to other offices in Manchester periodically and attendance at Court regularly
