**Job Title: HR Operations Manager**
**Location - Watford**
**Working Hours** - 40 hours per week (9am to 5.30pm Mon to Friday)
**Salary** - £50,000 to £60,000 per annum - dependent on experience
**Contract** - Perm and/or FTC (12months)
**Who we are?**
CSP stands for the Combined Services Provider. We specialise in providing services to iconic sporting venues and events across the South of England including Car Parking, Internal and External Traffic Management, HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) Solutions,Security, Stewarding, Cash & Audit and Consultancy Services. Whilst our range of services has grown, Car Park/Traffic Management, HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) and Security/Stewarding represent our core areas of expertise. We set out on our first eventcontract in 1994. We have a core staff of over 90, based out of our Head office in Watford, but can employ upwards of 1,500 event/casual staff across the South of England (predominately within the M25) during our peak season.
**About You**
You will be comfortable and enjoy working in a fast paced, ever changing and dynamic environment, hands-on, experienced in working within a service led, multi-site environment with a large blue-collar workforce of both permanent and zero hour contracts.
This role is for someone who is looking for a hands on role and offers the opportunity to take the business on an exciting journey with significant impact across the business - the role may have the opportunity to develop into a permanent role in the future.
**What makes a successful HR Operations Manager at CSP?**
- You will be owning the HR function
- You will be responsible and supporting managers in ensuring HR/ compliance in T&Cs, Policies and Procedures, Handbooks and Zero Hours contracts
- You’ll have experience translating strategy into practical HR initiatives.
- You’ll have experience managing staff and leading by example.
- You will have developed teams, fostering an environment of learning.
- You have enthusiasm and commitment to meet departmental KPI’s and deadlines.
- You’ll have delivered and mentored teams to advise senior stakeholders on HR and Legal matters.
- You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others.
- You’re always looking for opportunities to drive performance.
- You’ll have experience of multi-sited, fast growth organisational structures.
- You’ll have the ability to interpret policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, researching where required and providing advice consistently, demonstrating a working knowledge of employment law.
- You’ll have experience in understanding, interpreting, and preparing reports.
- Your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build meaningful working relationships with colleagues
**Experience and Skills**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior position
- Experience in creating and implementing HR policy and process; CIPD qualified at a level 7 - Personnel and People Management;
- Experience of HRIS systems, ie.CIPHR,
- TUPE and
- Worked in a frontline ‘casual worker’ environment.
