A newly created role for a Talent Acquisition Manager to play a pivotal role for this IT organisation involved as they enter an ambitious growth stage.

You will be working with the HR Director who has previously led the successful transformation of HR in several well-known businesses within hi-tech organisations. Their approach is focused on outputs, collaborative management, and they are commercially savvy.They report directly into the CEO so decisions are swift and HR has full visibility of the business direction.

You will be responsible for Talent Acquisition across all levels of seniority from their grad intake - so getting out there to the Universities - through to IT professionals

You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the TA function, and will have experience of growing an existing team or have implemented a TA function in a previous organisation.

In the short term this will be operational in nature to deal with the immediate vacancies. Medium goals will be focused on recruitment platforms that would best be suited to the business, and longer term will be involved in talent planning, branding, resourceplanning.

The culture isn’t hierarchical, they are respectful of each other and communication is fluid and is both ways.

It’s recognised across the business how pivotal and essential this specialist recruiter will be to the organisations growth plans. To date the hiring managers have been managing their own recruitment but as they enter this next stage of growth they fullywelcome the specialist support they will need.
