**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Sales Order processing of all EDI orders.
- Creation of daily production orders for all sales orders.
- Produce and issue departmental reports as necessary.
- Third party order processing - stock management, purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Management and control of WSG stock sheets.
- Non supermarket sales order entry and processing including final pricing.
- Raw material stock control - maximising fruit utilisation and stock rotation.
- Provide point of contact for any customer queries, service level issues and non-deliveries.
- Maintain and issue Procured supplier programmes and raise Purchase Orders/Purchase Requisitions.
- Communication with Commercial Department regarding orders, issues and promotional activity.
- Liaise with other suppliers to maintain customer service level targets.
- To attend business meetings where required.
- Part of the Planning Team covering the business 7 days/week.
- To cover other members of the planning team where necessary.
- To undertake any tasks as requested by the Supply Chain Manager.
- Using SAP maintain and issue Procured supplier programmes and raise Purchase Orders/Purchase Requisitions.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Company computer system has up to date information available.
- Administration tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- All Purchase Orders are raised on the same day that the PR is approved.
- All reporting is produced accurately and on time.
- Meeting objectives as set.

**Dimensions of the role**:

- Good educational background with a minimum of: ‘GCSE’ Maths and ‘GCSE’ English.
- At least one year practising in a logistics role.
- Experience of working in a planning/scheduling role in a FMCG

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Strong numerical and written skills with emphasis on accuracy of information.
- Detailed statistical analysis skills.
- Proficient in use of management Information Systems relating to planning.
- Good time management to ensure deadlines are met.
- Well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident in negotiating and influencing both within and outside the business.
- Ability to demonstrate good analytical skills working in FMCG.
- Previous experience of SAP an advantage
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team when appropriate.
- Ability to show a positive and professional attitude towards people and responsibilities and to give excellent customer service.
- Commercial acumen and awareness.
- Proficient communicator at all levels - oral, written and presentational.

This role will be 4 days a week with 3 days off to begin with up until the end of our summer season, after which it ill return to five days a week Sunday to Thursday. A full job description is available on request.
