**ACTIVITY COORDINATOR**: to include weekend working on a rota system.

**Job purpose**:
To plan and implement activities appropriate to Service Users need and requests. Must have the ability to plan and initiate a weekly and monthly programme of events that meets the needs of all individuals, and encourage Service Users to maintain pre-existing hobbies.
- Proven ability to develop and organise a wide range of events/activities for Service Users in all categories
- Friendly, creative and confident
- Assist with fund raising and budgeting for entertainments, materials and outings
- Maintain full and accurate records of daily activities using appropriate documents and assist the Key Worker to review and update Service User Care Files.
- Good numerical and word processing skills
- Genuine interest in working with the relevant Service Users group
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Confident team player

Will be required to provide the necessary references and will complete a Disclosure and Barring request.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
