We are looking for a Instructional Designer to shape the program content, structure and delivery of a new suite of educational career-enhancing programs for product marketing professionals

**You Will**:

- Be the lead for taking new educational programs from 0 to 1 and driving the end-to-end product.
- Working with our courses and content teams to create a compelling and commercial calendar of educational programs globally
- Shape the program content focus, delivery format and high-level agendas to create amazing student and cohort experiences
- Be the integral cog that connects our external experts with our internal SMEs and review boards to ensure we deliver nothing but best-in-class certifications - to schedule.
- Work within our network of global leaders, instructors and experts in residence to deliver program content though discussion groups, workshop sessions, live classes and mentorship (both in -person and virtually)
- Source and secure leading industry practitioners and guest speakers to deliver best in class program content, and manage their ongoing relationship with PMA.
- Build out the backend interface and student experience for all our courses to ensure consistency and gold-standard educational journeys.
- Manage multiple program builds simultaneously and be the key contact point and driver to ensure they stay on track.
- Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver growing student numbers & program revenue
- Working with our course coordination and customer success team to ensure the seamless delivery of our programs
- Contribute to content-led promotion, including video and social media
- Creating and maintaining program websites
- Sourcing, securing and negotiating with training event venues and other suppliers
- Running the programs on-site, or virtually for each course cohort
- Competitive Intelligence and research to identify new opportunities for growth

- Confidence to communicate with, senior-level leaders, build and maintain long-lasting, strategic relationships
- Great research skills with the ability to grasp complex topics and spot business trends across multiple markets
- Ability to work cross-functionally with the confidence to collaborate with product stakeholders
- A people person who thrives in a fast-paced start-up, high-growth collaborative environment
- You are naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done with minimum supervision
- Commercially driven and curious, with an eye for new opportunities

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
