The role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and manage learning content for our global sales team of 300+ representatives.

This role will focus on translating sales skills and go-to-market product enablement content into engaging and effective learning experiences within our LMS (Highspot).

What you’ll be doing
- Content Development: Design and create engaging, interactive training materials (e-learning, videos, guides, assessments, etc.) tailored to sales skills and product knowledge.
- LMS Management: Upload, organize, and maintain training content within Highspot, ensuring ease of access and usability for the sales team. Instructional Design:
- adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to develop high-impact sales training programs.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, HR, L&D, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure training aligns with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track training engagement and effectiveness using data insights, refining content based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on learning trends, sales methodologies, and enablement tools to enhance training quality.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in a sales enablement or corporate training environment.
- Familiarity with Highspot or other LMS platforms, with experience managing and deploying content.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and e-learning development tools.
- Ability to create compelling, visually engaging content using tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Synthesia, Guidde, Scribe or similar platforms.
- Experience working with sales teams and understanding sales processes, methodologies, and performance drivers.
