A nationwide legal and professional services firm is seeking to hire a Compliance Lawyer with a focus on compliance, conflicts of interest and confidentiality. You will also provide regulatory support on all compliance-related issues in the business.

This role can be performed in multiple locations nationwide.

This is a really exciting time to be joining the firm as they have huge growth plans and many exciting projects.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

- Legal analysis of potential conflict and confidentiality issues
- Identifying commercial and reputational risk issues in client acceptance and conflicts checks
- Advising on engagement terms
- Updating conflicts and confidential information related policies and procedures, providing firm-wide training
- Maintaining information barriers, ensuring confidentiality protocols are followed
- Responding to client complaints
- Reviewing SRA breaches
- Preparing and delivering compliance training
- Dealing with all queries relating to compliance, conflicts, ethics, and complaints
- Supporting law firm acquisitions and conducting due diligence

This is not a remote working role and you will be required to be in an office 50% of the time.
