We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Services team. It's certainly not your average customer support position and you'll be working in an environment where your French language and customer service skills will make a difference from day one.

**The role**:
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers. We are a franchise organisation and our customers (our franchisees), stay with us for many years. Our Customer Services team have been with them every step of the way through their Autosmart journey.

Using your outstanding communication, organisation and administration skills, you'll build strong relationships with our franchisees both in France and internationally. No two days are the same, from answering queries, responding to technical questions, handling orders and export paperwork to resolving complaints and managing your own customer related projects. Our Customer Services team are experienced, friendly and supportive and are ready to share their knowledge with you and help you through your training.

**About you**:
You're a people person, a skilled communicator with a real passion for exceptional customer service. You speak fluent French and English and whilst experience in a similar role will be advantageous, we are happy to provide full training for French speaking graduates who demonstrate a natural flair for customer service.
