Senior Marketing Executive

**About the Role**

Working as part of an established, high performing Marketing Team you will lead the B2B marketing strategy aimed at recruiting apprentices and employers. You will have a team of content creators, social media experts and copy writers to work with, alongside a CRM system with specialist support.. Access Industry is a market leader in Music and Events Apprenticeships, coupled with a festivals strategy and our own creative hubs nationwide. We are now looking for a creative minded B2B marketing expert, with a passion for the sports or creative industry, strong LinkedIn skills and the ability to plan events.

About you

You will have:

- Successful track record of B2B marketing
- Successful track record of consistently meeting targets
- Educated to degree level, or relevant professional qualification and/or experience
- Experience of working with external partners and stakeholders
- Experience of working in an apprenticeship sales team

What do we have on offer?

Salary Scale:
£26,000 - £30,000 (plus OTE) per annum

Hours: Access Creative College is not your typical 9 - 5 pm role. Whilst the contracted hours are 37.5 hours this will be managed flexibly across the academic year to reflect the peaks and flows in working in education
