**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our People team as a People Services Coordinator on a full time permanent basis. Our People team is the beating heart of the business, we're a commercial business partner that ensures each brand and group function puts people first.

Reporting into the People Operations Manager, you'll provide an effective and efficient People Services support for all managers and employees of Volkswagen Group UK. You will be the first point of contact for the whole business for all general People or HR related services. You will provide advice to managers and employees on our policies and processes as well as provide a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle from on-boarding all our new starters, to processing employee changes and leavers.

To be successful in this role you'll have an understanding of the HR impact to the business, be able to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent attention to detail. You will be customer focused, proactive and demonstrate high levels of integrity and confidentiality.

You'll work closely with the wider People team and enjoy working in a collaborative close-knit team. You'll have a real opportunity to make a difference to our business, we're growing, we're changing and we're innovating.
