We run a tight ship, as we believe our residents and team deserve nothing less. Our well-established, reputable home offers residents modern and comfortable facilities within warm and friendly surroundings, whilst at the same time providing fantastic standards of care supported by the very latest care planning technology. **As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve**:
Undertaking any necessary training
Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
Providing emotional support and companionship
Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
