Join us at Fleetwood Hall Care Home, Sandstone Care Group’s residential home for older adults in Fleetwood, Lancashire. The home has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to all communal areas and is a beautiful, modern environment.
Situated just a short walk from the vast expanses of the Lancashire coast, the devoted team at our 62-bedded home are truly intent on providing an exceptional level of care, led by experienced Manager Joanne. We run a tight ship, as we believe our residents and team deserve nothing less. Our well-established, reputable home offers residents modern and comfortable facilities within warm and friendly surroundings, whilst at the same time providing fantastic standards of care supported by the very latest care planning technology. **As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve**:
- undertaking any necessary training
- supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
- providing emotional support and companionship
- supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
- maintaining high standards within the care home environment
- working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
