London Projects is a Chartered Construction Company based in Westminster. We specialise in the construction of super prime residential projects in premier postcodes such as Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Mayfair.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deal with incoming site requisition forms
- Assist the Senior Buyer in day-to-day procurement tasks as needed
- Selecting the best fit supplier for the order
- Issuing orders via our in-house software programme
- Data entry and uploads into our in-house project management system as needed
- Ensure that there is a clear line of communication between the Procurement team and the sites, including daily site check in’s with the Site Managers.
- Previous experience in buying or sales for a Main Contractor or Builder’s Merchants
- Previous experience or have an understanding of construction materials sales
- Ability to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, in particular strong telephony skills.
- Have strong planning and organisation skills - with the ability to re-prioritise as required
- Have the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines
- Proactive and Hands on, able to embrace new ideas and challenges within the role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
