**Key Responsibilities**
- Consistent monitoring of credit risk limits and follow-up on any breaches
- Complete in-depth transaction and process analysis while adhering to the risk control environment
- Create credit files for the Credit Committee (onboarding, amendments/requests, and reviews), containing detailed financial assessments on the respective counterparties
- Contribute to Credit Committee meetings and guarantee sufficient and timely action is taken on decisions taken regarding Middle Office and Master Data
- Formulate regular reports on the credit risk portfolio and its’ exposure
- Suggest improvements related to process and IT
- Help to further progress and strengthen the risk management control environment
- Assist on other relevant risk areas
- Take an active role in various projects

**Key Skills**
- Strong Academics
- 3 years of experience in the financial sector or the commodity sector
- Knowledge of commodity markets and transactional analysis preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude, not afraid to speak out or ask questions
- Proactive and flexible mindset
- Self-starting, ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong record of continuous improvement and innovative thinking in approach and practical effect
- Strong IT skills
- Willingness to travel
