Senior Credit Risk Analyst – FinTech Scale-Up
Are you an experienced Credit Risk Analyst ready to make your mark in one of Europe's fastest growing FinTech businesses? This rapidly expanding, award-winning company is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to support its expansion across the UK and Europe.
Robert Half is partnering with an exciting FinTech which provides backing for SME businesses. Backed by a leading Private Equity company and experiencing over 100% year-on-year growth, they are a dominant force in their sector with global growth ambitions.
The Role
You will develop and manage advanced analytical tools to evaluate and monitor credit risk across portfolios in consumer and SME lending. Key responsibilities include building risk policies and underwriting strategies, delivering actionable risk insights, and collaborating across Operations, Product, Finance, and Compliance teams.
About You
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience with credit scoring systems and credit policy and methodologies.
- A strong understanding of credit risk metrics and financial modelling.
- Experience in the UK credit risk market for consumer or SME lending.
- Skilled in data analysis, able to independently solve problems and work at speed.
Desirable But Not Essential
- Experience in the French or German markets.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Experience of Portfolio Management.
