We are seeking to recruit a Band 2 Administrator to work 30 hours per week within the Recruitment Team.

The role will be based at Parkhouse, Kingmoor Business Park, Carlisle and is accessible by public transport if required.
The role requires good customer service skills, including good verbal skills and confidence in dealing with incoming telephone calls.
The role is to provide general and effective administrative support the Recruitment Team.
- Accurately entering data into ESR/Trac supporting data cleanse of electronic systems
- General office administration duties using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Routine office procedures, eg filing, post, printing/photocopying

**Disclosure and Barring Service**:

**Standard Check**: £21.50 + Administration cost of £5.90 = £27.40. Deducted from salary over following 4 months or one off payment.
**Enhanced Check**: £49.50 + administration cost of £5.90 = £55.40. Deducted from salary over following 4 months or one off payment.
