**What you’ll be doing**
- Undertake regular on-call duties, supporting service users with mobility, medication, personal care, domestic assistance etc.
- Supervise junior staff, carry out spot checks / report and discuss findings with management to ensure quality service
- Create staff rotas and reorganise calls where needed
- Create and manage client log files, including medication records, care packages etc., while maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Promoting professional development among team members and commitment to excellent care
- Handle service users queries and dealing with any issues should they arise
- Always comply with the agency’s guidelines and policies
- Additional tasks as required

**About you**
- CQC, Health & Safety legislation along with the knowledge of safeguarding of vulnerable adults, Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Act.
- Setting of targets, including staff supervisions, spot checks, and the monitoring of staff ensuring quality care is delivered
- Effective at communicating in order to lead a team in this dynamic sector.
- Reliable, responsible and well organised individuals who can be trusted to deliver a superior level of care to our valued service users.
