Global HR Business Partner is required for a leading FMCG company who an amazing head office in the West London area.We are looking for an inspirational, business savvy, results-orientated Senior HR Business Partner working within a Global team to deliveroverall strategy and agenda.
Reporting to the Global HR VP, this Senior HR Business Partner will sit within the senior leadership team.
The successful Global Senior HR Business Partner will:

- Have in-depth HR experience at BP level ideally within FMCG, or a sophisticated fast-paced, matrix global organisation with demonstrable ability to execute HR agenda;
- High proficiency in understanding business needs and curiosity to connect HR strategy and its deployment with business priorities;
- High level senior engagement;
- Strong customer focus;
- Experience in coaching, challenging and advising managers and senior leaders;
- Proven experience in supporting organisational transformation and capability building.

In reward you will be offered a salary dependant on experience c. £80,000 - £90,000 p.a. plus car allowance and bonus - plus lot of lovely blue-chip benefits.
As Global Senior HR Business Partner you will:

- Act as HR Business Partner to assigned client groups within the Global functions and work with leadership team to define strategy and development the HR agenda;
- Support leaders in crafting and implementing culture, people and organisation change programmes;
- Ensure focus and dedication to craft and implement employee experience;
- Support the design and lead implementation of the Inclusion and Diversity agenda;
- Provide high level advice to senior leaders and managers in recruiting, talent management, development and leadership, planning at a strategic and operational level;
- Provide critical advice around employment legislation and policy changes.

We are looking for Senior HR Business Partners who show stability on their CV and who has proven experience at this level for a similar FMCG industry.
