**Job overview**:
Rupert House School are looking for an enthusiastic and patient person to give 1:1 learning support in the classroom to a child with additional learning needs.

The role will involve supporting the class teacher, SEND Department and OT in working to develop the child’s focus and ability to complete school tasks in the classroom. They will need to support the child in their emotional development and help them in their interactions and communications with their classmates.

**Essential Criteria**:

- No formal qualification required
- Experience working with children
- Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Patience and understanding
- Some knowledge of children with learning needs.

**Reporting to**: Mrs Fletcher (Deputy Head Academic)
