About the Customer Service Advisor role:

- Taking inbound calls from our customers, acting as first point of contact
- Supporting with matters such as balance enquiries, transferring money & opening new accounts
- Building strong relationships with our customers to maintain our excellent customer service
- Resolving any customer challenges
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have:

- Very customer focused with a passion for helping others
- Experience having worked in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Ability to solve problems with initiative

Job Details
- 35 hours per week working 5 days across Monday - Saturday;
- Mon - Fri 8am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 2pm
- £20,350 per annum
- Based in Coventry
- Great benefits including yearly bonus and 25 days annual leave
