Dr Ryan was the Co-Owner and Director of one of the largest providers of chiropractic in the world who has spoken on the biggest stages, all over the world. He nowshares his business success strategies with clinic owners across the UK, USA & all across the world via video programs, online trainings, monthly marketing newsletters, in person meetings and workshops/seminars as well as one-on-one coaching.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven **Sales & Operations Support** person to join our Team and work closely with our Sales / Client Liaison team to help nurture and liaise with new and existing clients. This person will be the first pointof contact for many of our clients so must be professional, energised and happy to help start our client’s journey to Practice Growth. This role is a combi of soft sales, operations and customer liaison, supporting bridges into sales, support at our eventsand working closely with our tight knit team to serve our clients. **Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for current clients and new client enquiries, acting as a first point of contact, answering correspondence, phone calls and following up when needed.
- Responsible for fostering deeper relationship’s with our customers and clients.
- Have comprehensive knowledge on all aspects of our business and products across both the Agency & Consultancy.
- Help identifying new potential client leads and pass these leads on for further follow up
- Supporting both the Sales & Operations / Events manager with ad hoc tasks leading up to and during virtual and live events, Masterminds, training courses and workshops.
- Carrying out initial discovery calls with qualified leads and signposting appropriate next steps
- CRM administration, ensuring database is up to date, managing duplicates, updated addresses, contact info and birthdays.
- General administration & operational support across the business, monitoring our private Facebook Page and signposting queries to team members and creating event posts.
- Provide general support to the team, being responsive to team needs and requests, whilst managing and meeting expectations
- Soft sales, i.e current members attending mastermind.
**Requirements**:
- Some experience within a sales or sales support role is preferred. Such as B2B, 360 Sales, Soft Sales, Account Executive etc.
- Operational / administration / Support experience.
- Experience within a hands on client facing role would be a massive bonus.
- Strong and engaging communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent project, time management, and organisational skills
- Solution oriented and results driven
- Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful and able to use own initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate to implement suggestions
- You can build relationships with both your clients and your internal team
- You’re able to carve out a vision for how you want to grow and improve in DCPG and your career.
