Our client is currently recruiting 3 experienced customer services staff in their operation.

Working 5 from 6 - Monday to Saturday office hours, you will be completing the below duties:

- Scheduling deliveries via 3rd party subcontractors
- Updating records and documentation of calls to and from customers
- Handling customer queries
- Maintaining customer confidentially at all times

You must have strong communication skills, have a friendly telephone manner, have good administration skills and be extremely reliable and self motivated.

**Salary**: £20,088.00 per year
